Shipping is Free for Portugal. Other countries will have an added cost presented at the cart checkout.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are FREE, as long as the shoe is not damaged (including the sole which cannot be scratched). The order shall be sent back by regular mail. The receipt of what is spent when sending the order back must be kept and sent to our email, so we can pay it back after confirming that the footwear is in the original conditions. The client should contact the team in 30 days after receiving the shoes.
Return Policy
In order to return, the package shall be sent back by regular mail. The receipt of what is spent when sending the order back must be kept and sent to our email, so we track it. Once reveceived, after confirming that the footwear is in the original conditions, we return the value of the shoes. The shipping cost is only returned if the client wishes an exchange instead of a refund. The client should contact the team in 30 days after receiving the shoes.
